we arived to find out we were the first group of people at the hotel in april and the hotel wasnt ready for us restuant wasnt open , the pool was empty but after a couple of days all was put right and it was a really enjoyable hoilday we would have liked to have stayed another week

It was a really relaxing stay, in every single way. The staff were ever so friendly, smiling all the time and socializing with the guests, giving the stay a more "intimate" feeling despite the fact that it's a large 4-star hotel! Stayed at the hotel for two weeks starting on the 5th of May 2012. Hotel was brilliant and spotlessly clean. The variety of all inclusive drinks could have been a bit better maybe, the hotel had a lot of drinks on the bar list that werent all inclusive and the drinks that were free weren't with branded spirtis/beers etc. Still... Hotel clean tidy and very nice. Relaxed atmosphere so if you are looking for activities then not the place for you but it was ideal for us as just what we needed to recharge our batteries.
