Stayed for just one day so I can't really say whether the initial positive impression (the place looks clean) is sustained after a few days (i.e. whether they change bed-sheets regularly and the like). It's a very old hotel with ancient furniture (just look at the photos). It's situated very far from civilization. The management of the hotel is really unfriendly. Nothing to do in the evening as there are no entertaining games or concerts. I do not reccemend this hotel, you'll loose money and time.
