I have just stayed at the kon tiki hotel with my family! It was a lovely place to stay, clean and great value for money! The staff are lovely, espesscialy Rachel! ~she was very helpful and always managed to make us smile! Would gladly stop here again! :~)

We stayed there 3 to 10 may. The appartment could do with a lick of paint but other than this is fine. excellent view of the sea and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its within 10/15 minutes walk of the old town and harbour. Overall its value for money accomadation and cant be faulted at the price.

this is the dirtiest place in lanzarote dont go here they dont change the bed sheets. no toilet paper. no clean towels. and the appartments dont get cleaned while you are there. people complain to the reception and just get told we will do it but they dont clean or give you what you need. We were quickly given a room on arrival. Room was very clean. Was cleaned most days. Great location, 25metres from beach. Lots of bars, restaurants, and shops. Pool bar staff very friendly. Just watch out for the pervy lifeguard!

I would highly recommend the Kontiki apartments, we had room 209 which had the most fabulous balcony with views over the sea and the pool, it got the sun in all directions.
