we travelled with young children and had stayed in club valena twice before and thought that it would be a good choice again for our family... how wrong were we.. cockroaches everywhere even under the beds in both bedrooms, no cleaning provided, we were expected to sleep on the same sheets for two weeks, thank god for the washing machine!...... Myself and my wife spent two weeks at Club Valena and thought it was the best holiday we had for a long, long time. From the location to the club bar, restaurant, pool and accommodation all was perfect. The staff were brilliant and couldn't do enough. Will definitely be returning as soon as possible!!

We were very dissappointed with the accomodation as it was much more run down than the photos online I'm afraid . We had cockroaches every day in 1 bedroom and there was no storage space in the kitchen . The place really needs a makeover . The curtains in 1 bedroom were even torn in shreds......not good enough

Had a great holiday here with my husband, we are both 69 . Very friendly, quiet and comfortable..Everyone (all members of staff) were helpful and pleasant. We will recommend Club Valena to everyone wanting a quiet, comfortable and relaxing holiday. Hope to see everyone there again in the near future.
