“totally excellent”

On arival we were greeted so warmly. Its like family. We stayed in room number 6. The jucuzzi bath was super great even my little baby enjoyed it. The scenery is great. We also enjoyed a warm 3 course dinner on Sat. Night when it was so cold, super awsome ppl

We enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage very much. The owners were very friendly and gave good advice on trips in the area. Ideally positioned between Jo'burg and the Ocean, -minutes from the highway but blissfully quiet. As a three generation family group,this was the perfect first night of our holiday.Large,comfortable rooms would compete with most 5*hotels. Excellent showers. Had a nice time at the lodge, Nice and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. The lack of good places to go for supper in Winterton was a bit disappointing. Would have preferred to have nice home cooked supper at the lodge.

We truly enjoyed our 1 night stay. It was so homely, warm and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived late and yet they were prepared to serve us supper.( the meal was prepared with love.) If we are in area again we will only consider Rose Cottage
