Very pleased to get in a newer or renovated room. Nice furnishings, spacious and clean. Tv system ok but not digital in room so features and extras not availsble. It is a bit out of town but totally manageable if driving.

Booked late so only had the older rooms available. This part of Motel is definately old but very spacious and acouple of minutes out of town which is quite good. Prebooking will get you the brand new rooms. 2 blocks away from the local sports complex / swimming pool. Nice stay.

Unable to book a room in nearby Invercargill we managed to find this motel. Unsure as to what we would find we were pleasantly surprised. A very clean basic two bedroom unit with lots of beds!

I needed a room to spend before a meeting the next room and I came across the Charlton Motel. Having previously stayed at different motels in Gore, I found this one to be of excellent value, with clean and spacious rooms that included a kitchen. I will return.
