We just spent a month in Spain and this hotel was the best value of the trip. A beautiful location, a very short and scenic drive into the the town of Ribadesellas. The hotel is very nicely appointed, charming antiques etc and the garden is fantastic. The bathrooms are a bit cramped but who cares. The young lady who owns...

Nice boutique hotel with a beautiful garden! Clean, rather new, nice and helpful staff. We wanted to stay only 1 night and ended up staying 3 nights there .... great location if you want to go hiking and to the beach from one location ... good breakfast, recommendable!

I just came back from my trip to Europe last night. One of my favorite places was Asturias. There we found a wonderful hotel called Hotel El Carmen, part of a chain of "Casonas Asturianas", just outside of Ribadesella. What a place!!!!
