Excellently maintained old type Hotel but still having all the luxury Perfect location ...actually it is in the Mall zone Well trained staffs ,especially the reception staff are very cooperative Clean Dining Halls Scenic place

we enjoyed our stay at grand hotel,and visited thrice and every time we enjoyed our stay.very clean,on the lake and big rooms.only problem is the parking .staff is very supportive.best part the hotel is in the main market and everything is so reachable. Restaurants, shopping,boating. we really recommand this hotel for nainital stay.

i went there in oct with my family . nothing to talk about except location . a very old property not well maintained insects are creeping here and there specilly in bathrooms beds are not comfortable at all old cheap curtains very old types of switches a dharamshala like ambiance . tip seeking waiters all around. not satisfied.

Everything people say about the view of the lake are true - the hotel is ideally placed. A group of us visited in November and wethought we were prepared and ordered a heater for the room.
