Arrived in Dong Hoi late afternoon, without booking ahead. Armed with a list of TripAdvisor hotels to work through we drove by all, and called in at a couple. Chose Luxe. Good location facing the sea (bay) - new, and well looked after. For the price this was a very welcome find. The receptionist was professional, and spoke very good...
