We are mr and mrs. puranik from goa,we visited gangtok in march. Hotel berry has good staff and rooms.i am very impressed with their good hospitality and good food,especially with family we enjoyed a lot.I am great to the owener of the hotel that personally he takes care of every client. we stayed there for four days. Made my bookings though a portal, the response from the hotel staff was very friendly, a taxi was arranged from Bagdogra airport (paid by me) as promised by the staff of the hotel, reached hotel found it was not actually how it had been portrayed on the web site, even the agent involved in helping me from the concerned portal... More
