The location is good, calm and quite. Most outstanding is the quality of food. The guest rooms need maintenance specially the bathroom ceilings were leaking in the cottage room. Although property is nicely build with large and nice rooms but the service was not upto the mark.. Staffs behaviour also was not good. I strongly feel that the hotel management needs to work out on its service quality in order to retain its guests.

though a bit out of gangtok, it is still nearer than others, like club mahindra. It is probably not popular yet as the locals seem ignorant when asked for driving directions. Beautiful large room with balcony view of the undulating scenery and a giant bath with bathtub, et al.
