Well, this hotel is located in very good location (Near to bus stand).Rooms are overpriced .Services are good.Parking is available.But finally the room which i stayed is quite suffocating as the is no proper ventilation.You will have to manage until A/C cools the room.no light inside room so feel like night always.Breakfast was good .no doubt More

The hotel as such is fine. But the cost is on the higher side, and the food is very expensive which makes this hotel as not a choice. Rooms are clean and spacious. The corridors are basic. The location of this hotel is both an advantage and a disadvantage---next to Pondicherry central bus stand---lot of noise and continious traffic. The other issue at Mass the smelly carpet---really obnoxious The food is quite good and the room service is quite o.k. But with other alternatives like Annamalai International being availabale Mass has lost its Charm. More
