Patiala must be visited when we go in punjab cos it is a very beautiful historical place and to feel totally the charm of this town, the must is to stay at baradari palace hotel - everything is excellent there even the price which is really cheap compare to the luxury and welcome of this place.

The place is really quite and slow. Takes you to days of raj. The staff is well trained and courteous. the place is really huge the gardens, the rooms are so large that its a historic experience. the food and service are great. The late night arrivals and departures are not too prompt.

We stayed here for a night and felt relaxed immediately on reaching the hotel with its beautiful views of the Baradari gardens and its own well kept garden. Our room was on the 2nd floor and was atmospheric with the high ceilings and the four poster bed. Dinner was very nice in the restaurant downstairs which was surprisingly full with... More

The Hotel is absolutely beautiful, Rooms were comfortable, even though we were there during the winter month and it was freezing, the staff at the hotel looked after us well, making sure we were comfortable. Food was good... Staff were helpful, when they were around... Great Experience. Would definitely stay there again.

We were at this hotel in February 2013 over a weekend. Being regular visitors and patrons of Neemrana hotels (We like these heritage hotels, or "non hotels" as they call themselves) and have been to Neemrana Fort & Palace, Hill Fort at Kesroli, Pataudi Palace, Piramal Haveli at Shekhavati, so are well aware of what they offer. The Baradari Palace... More

We were on a family trip with 2 kids (8 and 4). An hour after we left Chandigarh, we realized we made a mistake. It was getting dark and the roads are dangerous as it is, with trucks and buses overtaking no matter what, especially on blind turns. We decided not to risk it and had to stop in Patiala... More

Patiala - Baradari Palace Hotel (Rajindra Kothi) Patiala is off the map for many western tourists, apart from people breaking the journey to and from Amritsar. It’s a pity because it is a pleasant historic city with broad roads in the outer quarters and some interesting sights. There is no serious competition to the Baradari Palace Hotel in Patiala. There... More

What a sham. Walked into this hotel at around 9 in the night. The Palace was fantastically lit up with small lights and was looking beautiful. However as I crossed over to the stairs from the Reception the poor maintenance struck me. Torn and stained carpet having a musty smell leading to the rooms was not what I had expected.... More

Went for dinner last evening with family and friends. An old haritage property converted in to a hotel, a very professional managed place. The food, staff and the ambience all are gr8. Just opposite thr's baradari garden a good place for morning walk/Jog surounded by thick old trees, and grass and flowers well manicured.
