“Outstanding hotel, wonderful staff”

We stayed five nights in July. Excellent location, comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and many (most) have nice balconies. Two things particularly stood out. “Very nice place, lovely owners and very helpful people”

We stayed here for four nights hoping it would be a relaxing first trip to Lake Garda, but it was not and previous reviews for this hotel miss some key points. The hotel's website is also misleading.
