The place is old but cleaner than many other places I've stayed. Spacious with all necessary comforts and bits & pieces. My bed was comfortable although others disagreed. A bit noisy, but it is located on the Gold Coast Hwy, so that is to be expected. Very competitively priced. Friendly management. Very happy will come again! Good work cleaners.

Rooms stank of cigarette smoke and rooms were old and run down. Receptionist was having a domestic with someone on the street and was using foul language. Glad my kids were in the car and couldnt hear! I would never stay here again.
