There was a small problem with the cleanliness of the shower in the room. A pile of broken soap was left from previous occupants which was not removed by cleaner. Great place to stay. Loved the fact that the manager was onsite and always around. Just need to remind parents to be more careful with the hygeine of nappies and swimmers on little ones. Over christmas sometimes the pool was a little yuk. Though overall fantastic, thanks

We stayed at Sanctuary Lake Apartments as we had friends up from Canberra and they were staying in the area. The owners were extremely pleasant and accommodating. Fantastic large pool. Great location. Our only gripe was contacting the caretakers as we were not provided with enough beds. We sent text messages, emails and called many time on The Saturday as the office closes after lunch. Got no reply and had one person sleep on the couch!!!
