I've stayed at this resort twice in the last year and its amazing how things have deteriorated over that period.
The reception is painfully slow, the rooms are in need of an overhaul and the staff need lessons in customer service.
The only highlight of the trip was the kids club. We left our 2 sons there for the evening...
