Excellent, helpful staff. Arrived for a 3 night stay. Hotel was full and our room was horrible - dirty tub, faucets stuck (really, could not be moved by hand) drapes falling off wall, view of parking lot construction site. This place was amazing, the only downfall (if there had to be one) was the location. It was about 2 blocks away from the main drag in Kamari. Which was actually nice so it wasn't busy by our hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were nice and the bathrooms were good. Thank goodness for air conditioning.
