The apartment we got would be lucky to be rated a 2 star. While the booking mix up was our fault the manager never attempted to look at our days or try to help resolve the issue quickly even implying that we never paid a deposit at all. These units are individually owned, and while some may be 4 star, the one we got was certainly not. Very run down, not particularly clean, and had a poorly equipped kitchen - not even a coffee cup per bed , or a plug for the kitchen sink.

The location in Broadbeach is fantastic. It's a quick walk to beach, shops and restaurants. However the apartment was very dated with 70's decor, old carpets, lack of wardrobes, dim lights in bathrooms and a very old TV with a faded picture.
