Pity only a 1 night stay. Intend to come again and stay longer. Only had interface with reception, but were very friendly and efficient. Car parking made easy. Room was very spacious and comfortable as was the bed. Position of hotel good - very close to beach, shop and restaurants

Had a lovely stay, the staff were really friendly and ever so helpful. The hotel had a lovely ambience and the bed was so comfy. The only thing I would critise is the fact of paying for parking I think this should be complimentary. Thanks for a wonderful stay, I will definately be back.

I have now stayed at Sofitel Gold Coast over 5 times and this latest trip will be my last. The staff are fantastic!!!!! The room was an excellent layout-RM414.
