The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are very nice. It was a wonderful place to stay. It makes you love Mexico even more. It was one of the best places we've stayed in Mexico. We would go back in a heartbeat.

The hotel is very, very good, nice old hacienda style wood carved decoration all over. Very good atention, from front desk, helpers etc. Small but nice room on the third floor (no elevator) with great view. Breakfast included very good traditional local food. Very well located in downtown Uruapan. Higly recomended.

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. It is right in the middle of this beautiful town, and it was immaculate and modern. Breakfast (included) was our choice of several menu items. The hotel is in a beautifully restored colonial mansion w/ an interior patio and service was warm and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
