We booked an apartment through owners direct for just under £400. The apartment (541) was big with cracking views of the mountains and was close to the actual hotel. My family love this hotel. We stayed there for 3 years. Situated 15 min driving from Bansko. It is good for family with children. Very relaxed atmosphere. The food should be better. The SPA is very good. I will certainly visit again.
