A very high quality home from home. Frances and Roger are attentive caring hosts. 'Welcome tray' most impressive, with ground coffee, a miniature cafetiere and home-made biscuits! Breakfast provided as much as we could eat, bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. My friend has mobility difficulties, and Roger made blocks to raise the bed. Following my friend's suggestion, Roger... More

Friendly, helpful and accommodating hosts, very clean room with comfortable bed and good shower. Freshly cooked breakfast was also also great (even though the poached egg was overdone!). Would definately stay again if I return to that part of the country.

A wonderful welcome to a very comfortable accommodation. With an excellent breakfast to wake up to in the morning. We brought along our 2 year old labrador who was also made very welcome, even though he wasn't aloud the english breakfast in the morning, he was still able to watch. We wish to thank Roger and Frances for having us... More

Another warm welcome (plus an umbrella!) greeted us on a very wet day in August. Having enjoyed a weekend two years previously with Roger & Frances it was good to catch up with them again. The accomodation is spotless and the breakfasts excellent in every way. In lovely surroundings it really was a relaxing weekend - we certainly hope to... More

Beautiful b&b in a rural location within easy access of various coastal towns including Southwold. A very warm welcome from Frances and Roger to their lovely converted chapel near Halesworth. Very comfortable accommodation and excellent breakfast. Plenty of pubs and resatuarants nearby for evening meals etc.

A very friendly welcome with tea coffee and excellant home made cake. Nothing seems too much trouble and the place is spotless. The room was not enormous but perfectly adequate with a very comfortable king size bed (penny room) and tea tray with home made biscuits. A lovely powerful shower. The breakfast was very good with home made preserves and bread.... More
