Jeff & Sue made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The property is beautiful and the food offered was top-notch. I definitely recommend this B&B if you appreciate good service.

Working locally this B&B is in an ideal location for both York or Selby. Surperb B&B with plenty of character and very friendly owners Jeff & Sue. Great rooms & lovely breakfast. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

For only a one night stay, we were met and treated as old friends. .Comfortable, homely residence in quiet relaxing surroundings. After a peaceful night, to come down to a splendid breakfast in good company was a 'home from home'! If we go to this area again we should certainly stay here.

Nice clean double bedroom, great hosts that couldn't do enough for their guests. FANTASTIC breakfast. Private garden to enjoy in the summer months. Set in a lovely village with 3 good pubs to keep you occupied. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

Stayed here with my son in order to look round York for uni. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Room was extremely clean and beds very comfortable.
