We stayed recently and had a lovely room, stripped wooden floors, smart shower room - and whilst we stayed in lots of places this holiday Cardhu officially had the nicest fruit salad at breakfast (NB: not a bad compliment when we also stayed in michelin starred hotels!)
Tina and Norman are very welcoming and helpful - even letting our pooch...

We spent a lovely night at Cardhu House, Norman and Tina were so welcoming and they didn't even mind that we roared up by motorbike!
The accommodation is superb as regards both quality and location.
Our room was excellent..clean and comfortable with everything you would ever require.
Breakfast was amazing...my husband obviously had the full works(plate cleared!) but I was...

After a long day of travel on the first leg of our weeklong tour of Scotland and several of its whisky distilleries, our guide pulled the car into the driveway of the Cardhu Country House at 7 or 8 PM. We were tired and hungry, but what a delight to be greeted by such wonderful hosts, Norman and Tina, who...

I recently spent two nights at Cardhu Country House and really enjoyed the experience.
A former Manse, it has been tastefully renovated, preserving the original character but with the additional of all mod cons.
The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel so welcome.

We stayed here one night based on TripAdvisor reviews. Was as recommended by others: excellent! For an extra £26 per person they also serve dinner. My initial impression was "too expensive"; however we changed our mind once we arrived (which was early, or I would have been out of luck on dinner). Excellent and very fresh food.
We stayed at Cardhu Country House during the autumn Whisky Festival. We thoroughgly enjoyed and as always in Scotland felt at home.We had a couple of good home made meals and that's nice when one doesn't have to leave anymore to find a restaurant after abundant drams!! During previous visits to the Highlands we always stayed at Minmore House at...

As a tour guide I visit many types of accommodation all over Scotland. I was lucky enough to be at Cardhu House with 2 American visitors. We had a very warm welcome from Norman and Tina and their 3 lovely dogs, Whisky, Coco and tiny pup, Milly. There was not enough rooms for me to stay and I stayed with friends...

Nice B&B, run by a couple of lovely people ( nomran and Tina) who do the impossible for doing your trip comfortable. The best bed I slept in the UK. Close to cardhu distillery (walking distance) but advisable to rent a car. We got there by train to Aviemore and Tina arranged the pick up with a local friend named...

We stayed at the Cardhu Country House in late August 2011 and it was by far my favorite part of our Scotland trip (we had also been to Edinburgh and St. Andrews as well). The Cardhu Country House feels like a home away from home. We were a party of 9 (one family with a small child, 2 couples, and...
