The crown plaza is an oasis in Wuhu, clean rooms and reasonable food. Areas to improve After staying here many many times, can the check be speeded up for regulars? Hotel is located opposite to walking street with lots of restaurants. Rooms are big and clean with a huge bed. Check in was fast. Helpful staff and free internet.

Facility is good and club lounge is quite and with bird view of the city. Service is warm and kind. Will come back again.

Did not bring my priority club card - front desk claims they are unable to retrieve my record even based on my name, id number etc so I could not have any points credited 2. The hotel matches the Crowne Plaza standard across Asia, though it's certainly not one of the top tier CP's. The rooms are all nice. The food was pleasing.
