We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful B&B and found it was a wonderful location from which to travel to many of the best chateaux of the Loire Valley. The rooms were immaculately clean, the setting on the Cher river was gorgeous, and Isabelle and Thierry were wonderful hosts. We highly recommend the restaurant "Le Cheval Rouge" in nearby Chisseaux.

The place had a feel of coziness and comfort. The hosts were very welcoming and delightful. We relaxed after a long day of seeing chateaux by the pool. The breakfast was also very complete and traditional French. The rooms were clean and up to date. For the price can't beat it!

We stayed for 6 nights in the cottage located close to the main house. It was very comfortable and practical for us as the cottage is self contained. Our stay in le Moulin du Port was comfortable and the owners are helpfull. However, the rooms are overpriced (we payed 115 euro a nigt) compared to the other B&B' s we visited in this region and France and the interiour of the "shared areas" may have an update.
