The place is located 50m from the beach, with a stunning view over the island and the surroundings. The room was clean and pretty large and provided exactly the basic accommodation needed on this quiet and unspoiled island. There is a taverna next to the place with great food and reasonable prices.
We stayed here as we have been here in the past. The location is fantastic. We agreed a price which was then mildly disputed. The rooms are a bit tired. Koufonissi is no longer the getaway island and has become busy with Greek and (noisy) Italian tourists.
