We spent ten days at Cave Bianche Hotel with our 5 years old daughter. The place is really fantastic and unusual ... who did already slept in a pit where stone is mined? All the staff were friendly, the restaurant is very good. It has been a perfect relaxing holiday in a wonderful hotel and in a splendid location.

We choose this hotel over the other offerings on Favignana mainly for the novelty factor of staying in a quarry. Last week I organised I workshop at the Cave Bianche for 12 participants flying in from all over Europe (and one from South America). Marvellous setting, efficient and friendly staff made it a highly productive event. The hotel also provided transportation free-of-charge for our evening dinners in town. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something special.

This hotel is built inside a quarry which doesn't sound spectacular but believe me it's a cleverly designed boutique style hotel. This hotel is great. The only downside to this hotel is getting there. its about 12euro cab ride. so after taking the ferry you have to go directly to the hotel to drop your bags, then get back into town, then you have to pay to get back to the hotel. so add 36euros when thinking about staying at this...
