Callart View is a good place to stay near Glencoe. If you're on foot, remember that it's at Invercoe and not really near Glencoe village. The owners are very helpful. The place has kind of old-world cottage charm if you like those things. For young people it may be 'too' old world. We stated here 1 night, it was fine.

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay in this charming bnb. The room was cosy and had an amazing view over the Loch and mountains around Glencoe. The hosts are extremely generous and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. We were pleased to discover a dinner menu in our room and we had delicious home-cooked food every... More

We had a pleasant one-night stay at this clean and comfortable B&B, which offers stellar views of the stunning Loch Leven and the mountains around Glencoe. The hosts are kind and extremely generous, and the breakfast was great, too.

Great hosts and a great place to stay. Very clean, beautifully finished to a high standard. Food excellent. Hosts very helpful, kind and friendly. Welcomed us in our walking gear and offered to dry any wet clothes. Would have liked to have stayed longer!

Our family enjoyed a 2 night stay in the Nursery Cottage. This was the best lodging during our two week trip visiting Edinburgh, East and West Highlands and Orkney. The kitchen and living room of the cottage had stunning views of the loch. If it stops raining, then you can this view from a private patio. The kitchen was well... More

Lynn and Geoff work hard to give guests a great stay in Glencoe. We found the house lovely and warm, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was perfectly cooked - as was the optional evening meal. The view from the room was divine - even though it never stopped raining! We were made very welcome and would certainly hope to... More

You don't get many B&Bs that supply the room with beautifully wrapped, homemade shortbread biscuits (this made it for me), stunning views, fluffy white towels, and a breakfast that would put a high-end hotel to shame! Not only is the picturesque loch (as shown on their website) just a few paces away, but hidden along a woodland trail behind the... More

Lovely B&B with comfortable, cosy rooms and fantastic views across the Loch. Hosts make you feel very much at home and are happy to give tips on good walks in stunning Glen Coe. The breakfast was definitely a cut above your average B&B - really enjoyed the kippers and home-made jams. Very reasonably priced too.

We stayed at Callart view a while ago, so the details are a bit sketchy in my memory, but I do remember having a thoroughly wonderful time. The room was cosy, clean, thoroughly pleasant; the owners really friendly and helpful, breakfast was generous and tasty - though I can't remember exactly what we had, I do recall home-made jam. Situated... More
