Nice place to spend the night. The rooms are small, but clean and the price is perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very elaborate. Great value for money, in my opinion.

had good experience with this hotel stayed already twice good rooms all nice and clean the only down side is at night when the rubbish man came and collect the rubbish its a bit of noise but thats not the hotel fault

Very good location - 120 yards to the beach and 20 minuts from Lisbon. The rooms were litle but very clean and confortable. The staff were very frendly and helpful. Unforgetable Breakfast. The Italian restaurant next door is a must . We will return.

Sol e Mar is in a nice neighbourhood, surrounded yu all kinds of restaurants and close to the beach. It is pretty windy out there, so be sure to pack a jumper... More

We stayed in Residencial Mar e Sol for a week in the second week of June. We were very happy with the quality, service and the location. The hotel is situated by the main pedestrian street in Costa da Caparica but you cannot hear the sound coming from outside as most of the rooms are facing back of the street.... More

This place is really good value - had friends staying at another two star hotel down the road who could not believe that I had paid less than them for my room. The hotel is basic, as you would expect, but the atmosphere is clean and fresh. The staff are great and the breakfast is worth getting up for.
