I had the opportunity to spend a week end at the hotel at the end of the ski season. This is exactly the place where you can say without any doubt that 'people make the difference'!!! Starting from the booking procedure I had experienced the warmness and kindness of the Azalea's team, continuing with the very nice surprise that at... More

I am a bit afraid of telling the rest of the world about this "hidden" secret, but it is for sure one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in ever! Fresh and modern rooms, great location and friendly personnel. The design, look and atmosphere is superb! I've stayed in the hotel twice in connection to the Marcialonga ski race and... More

A little crowded but still very pleasant hotel with charming location (in the historic part of the city), interesting wellness center and nice nursery with tones of toy blocks. Very convenient for skiers. Family-friendly. However there are tiny wardrobes and no refrigerators in rooms, what makes longer stay with a baby a bit difficult. Eco-friendly ;-) (hint: towels and sheets... More

We are very grateful when our guests make the comments that help us to improve. We too have noticed that the laundry has sometimes a strange smell and we told the supplier. It should be the packaging machine for the transport. By the way eco-friendly means more than sheets with a weird smell for example no frigde in the rooms... More

Although not ideally located, the hotel offers a lot of top qualities services. Stilishly designed (with contemporary furniture and architecture), energy-saving planned, the hotel offers spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, with well and modernly equipped bathrooms. Food quality is very good to excellent. Buffet breakfast with all kinds of croissant, bread, jam, marmalade, cereals and delicatessen on the table; tea... More

We were a little cautious of booking this hotel as there were no reviews on tripadvisor when we booked. However, we were delighted with the room, cleanliness, exceptional staff and an added bonus was that the hotel is environnmentally friendly. A special mention to the waiter who obviously takes great pride in providing an exceptional level of customer care. We... More

This is a perfect example of what a contemporary hotel can be. Amid the chalet-styled hotels that dominate the area, this was a fresh and modern hotel set in attractive gardens. Our room was spacious, bright, fresh, airy and uncluttered. The beds were comfortable and the furnishings stylish and minimal with wood floors. The style might be most easily described... More
