Was excited to stay in a Hilton....extremely disappointed the staff are so unfriendly it's unreal....for people full of joys going or coming back from holiday...the atmosphere in here kills it it...the one good thing was the hot cookie on arrival...the room was average but dull and dingy.clean nonetheless less.

Really lovely room. Front desk staff somewhat miserable - but really, rooms were fab. Breakfast simple. Still struggle to understand the branding difference between DoubleTree and Hilton proper - particularly given the lack of a price differential. We have stayed at this hotel before trips now 3 times and each time have enjoyed the service and the rooms. ask for a runway room they are triangular but very comfortable. The Italian restaurant has amazing food, try the battered prawns. Breakfast has a wide selection but the sausages are a bit strange.
