“not multi lingual staff”

advertised as multi lingual staff, however, multi lingual does not mean english speaking as none of the staff had basic english speaking abilities. “EXCELLENT VALUE!”

Stayed one week June 2011. Lovely little hotel,staff very friendly,very clean. Nice fresh buffet breakfast! Will be going back in Sept. Meg & Al Durham. England
