We're off to stay here for 2 weeks on june 16th and I am really worried about the reviews regarding no air con, so much so that I am thinking of changing location's. How much of a problem is this lack of air con and do the fans that u can hire provide any relief from the heat?

Lanzasur is lovely! Helped by the weather no doubt but we had a lovely week there. The reception staff are oustanding and helped us with a couple of things (especially Eva).
