Just returned from a weeks holiday at Le Tre Querce. We arrived early evening to a basic apartment. Ensure you organise linen, towels and ask for toilet paper too, as later found out these are extras and only provided upon request. There is no air con and we didn't have a T.V. Le Tre Querce is a quaint and quiet resort situated approx 15 mins by foot from the town centre where you will find supermarkets, banks, restaurants and even a funky night club on Fridays and Saturdays. On another note be aware that all shops open 8.30-1 and then 5pm -8pm if you need to get some shopping in.
