The rooms were excellent, the staff were so helpful and polite, the food was excellent. The beach was spotless and the grounds were well kept. The situation was good with only 20mins walk to the town. The correct name of the hotel is the Waterman Supertrus Kaktus Hotel

We would not recommend anyone to stay in this Hotel. Awful brekfast and dinner with terrible food (is this really 4 stars hotel???) very noisy, small rooms. Stay away from this hotel!

We loved the hotel because the buildings are quite small so you don't have the feeling of being processed by the meat factory of the huge resort complexes. Huge part of the complex are poor renovated buildings that were built in comunist era. Rooms are too small, small wardrobe, small balcony, no refridgerator, no elevator...
