Our criterion for selecting lodgings is as follows: Cleanliness, Privacy, Well appointed Kitchen, Location (close to sights), and Internet Access. Hydrangea Cottage met or exceeded our expectations in each category. We spent two nights with Shona and found her to be a helpful and delightful hostess. We stayed for two nights in a 2 bedroom cottage and had a great time. The cottages are surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and the location is very peaceful. The cottages are well furnished and the operator provides some nice little touches, with fresh food and drinks.
