Our villa was super big and comfortable, the a/c, water heater, fridge, stove, doors, windows, and washer/dryer, worked perfectly. The staff was great, and very helpful. Nice place....very nice customer service at front desk. But the villa itself needs some upgrading. The blow dryer was missing..the door to the balcony didn't lock and the sofa was kind of worn out.
