Lovely setting, immaculatey clean house with all mod cons, close to South Lakes it was a handy base to visit Lake District Attractions ie Beatrix Potter World in Bowness, or have a scenic cruise around the lakes on a steamer. Will definately return.

We stayed for 3 nights in Mallard block over half term. A lovely clean terrace house overlooking the Marina. Lots of space for our 4 children and dog. We stayed in an upstairs 1 bed apartment for a week in the Swan block. The apartment was well kitted out wish a washer dryer and dishwasher. 5 mins walk to the pub which we used, didn't try the food but the restaurant area was busy. Never noticed motorway noise at all.
