Stayed here for the night after going to see takethat. Accommodation is clean, good value for money and the owner very friendly. If visiting man city stadium again will definitely stay here!

Stayed here a number of times for work, and it's simply grim. Several of the rooms smelt nasty, probably because of people smoking in them, but on one occasion (my last visit) the smell was particularly bad - a search revealed its source was a dribble of something horrible, brown and dried-in on the valance sheet. This is the most frendielst place i have ever stayed. The staff are helpfull friendly and became our friends. the rooms are clean and breakfast as good. I will stay here next time i am in or around manchester. thanks for a lovely time Sid.
