I have spent the past three summers in this idyllic place, a week each time. Isa and Massimo have renovated this 18th century Umbrian farmhouse and run an agriturismo B&B as well as operating an organic farm. It's perched up a steep Umbrian hillside which you get to on one of those classic pitted gravel roads (strada vicianale) but what... More

My husband and I recently spent a few nights at Le Terre di Isa during a vacation to Italy and this was one of the most beautiful and relaxing stops on our trip. The Agriturismo itself is just beautiful -- the grounds are lovely and the rooms are quaint and super comfortable (In fact, the bed was so comfortable we... More

We really enjoyed a family holiday there, breakfast,BBQ,dinner all "al fresco",swimming, biking, walking, watching the small farm animals. All surrounded by sunflower fields galore, easy access to fast road to Sienna or Perugia, Tuscany - even the local Lago Trasimeno was very pretty to see ( but not to swim in!) All in all a very enjoyable visit, the rooms / apartments very... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was delightful. Isabella and Massimo are great hosts and made our stay there a memory for us to treasure. The apartment is well established for self catering, the surroundings have great views, there is a good walk up to the hilltop and the Umbrian countryside makes for a good stay.

The two days which we have spent there were great and we wish we were able to stay longer so that we enjoy more the wonderful nature and place, your great and friendly hospitality, and the sweet homemade breakfast. Thank you Massimo. Hope our next visit will be soon. Alla prossima. Aline & Maurizio

We stayed at Le Terre di Isa for 4 nights, Including New Year's Eve. Isa and Massimo have made us feel at home, made sure that we lacked nothing, and being in Italy for the first time, took time to help us with our excursions. The place is away from roads and traffic but at the same time within easy... More

...Except Le Terre di Isa because that is exactly how Massimo and Isabella make you feel: at home. For a bit of a break during our 2-month whirlwind tour of Italy, my boyfriend and I wanted to get a taste of a small town, so we decided an agriturismo might be a good option. Which one, we had no idea.... More
