What an outstanding Base to call home. While visiting different towns in Tuscany, this was a great central location (remember, Tuscany Italy covers a very large area). You will find La Ferriera in Loro Ciuffenna, Italy (:-)) Nice Town). The Hotel offers a Great Staff, Large Pool, and my favorite, Outstanding Food. Have A Great Time!!

The residence is beautiful! The location was terrific. Everthing about the stay was wonderful except for the hospitality of the Owners. The first few days we were treated well. The town of Loro Ciuffenna is quaint, with cobblestone streets and a deep gorge running through it. It has a Monday market, but otherwise is pretty quiet. Pros: The location is pretty neat. It's right on a river that flows pretty fast and loud which I enjoyed. It really gave me the feel like I was on vacation in Europe, and not staying at a hotel in the city. The room was massive for Europe but my wife and I really didn't need all of the space.... More
