Nearly a year since our wedding at the Podere Finerri and I finally get round to writing a review!
We booked the whole villa and another one nearby for our family and friends to join us in celebrating our wedding.
Taking nearly 50 of your family and friends across Europe to somewhere you've never been, or even met the owners,...

We booked the entire villa for a week for our wedding and we loved every minute of our stay at Podere Finerri. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Daniela and Malcolm. They can organise various activities during your stay and recommend good places to go/eat in the area.
We had BBQ dinner on the first night we were there...

I have just returned from the Podere Finerri and thought it was amazing. I travelled there for a friends wedding and as there were a large number of us we hired out the whole villa. Having a car is a must here as there are no taxis available. We drove to the villa after landing at Rome airport. It took...

We stayed in the beautiful, rustic villa for a friend's wedding for a week. We had booked out the whole of the place with a mixture of family and friends. It is divided up in to different apartments and ensuite rooms - which was ideal.
We flew in to Pisa airport and drove down (hired a car from europcar at...

My wife and I stayed here for six days, and it's a fabulous home base for exploring southern Tuscany. The property is gorgeous, located on a hill with amazing westward views of the Crete formations and rolling hills and agricultural lands. The sunsets we saw were stunning. On our third night, bats were flying through the bedroom, that's when we decided to leave the lazy olive upon daybreak.
We're probable too...

We've just returned from two weeks in Italy. The plan was two nights in Rome, two in Florence, seven at the Lazy Olive (Podere Finerri) and then two in Venice and back to Rome.
After a couple of nights at this villa the thought of packing and heading for Venice became something not worth thinking as we were having such...

Having been there a couple of times - we decided to go again this time with our one year old son. Again Dani and Mal simply excelled themselves as hosts - in fact they even lent us their car at one point. The rooms have all been renovated with attention to detail and they both endeavour to ensure their guests...

This is an absolutely gorgeous place, lovingly cared for by a couple who had a dream and worked hard to make it come true. Would I stay here again? I'd live here full time if fate would allow. If you're looking for an action packed vacation, you may want to look elsewhere. But, if your content with a leisurly pace,...
