From the moment we were met at the airport until we were dropped off there two weeks later the service we received was very good. The hotel is located in a smal but beautiful bay. The hotel is relatively small and there are 2 bars and only one restaurant. The hotel is very popular with Italians, Germans and English people. We stayed at La Bisaccia in July. We were full board with Citalia. The hotel was lovely. Very friendly staff and the food was superb. The rooms were kept very clean. The swimming pool area was very good and the pool attendants were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return.

Struggling to find any faults with this hotel. Once they knew there was a vegetarian in the group they couldn't do enough to provide good veggie food and choice. Restaurant staff attentive and obliging. Hotel clean, lovely pool, beach with sunbeds only a short stroll away. Great restful holiday in perfect surroundings
