The service at reception wasn't at all good. After waiting a few minutes we went into the bar to ask the bar man to contact the receptionist as we wanted to book in. Stayed here a couple of nights. Room was ok, but lots of little things let it down- sink tap lever missing, only 1 flat pillow each, only one bedside table for double bed, bracket for soap dispenser left on wall, rawl plug holes in walls, noise from outside when bar closes(could do with secondary glasing) etc. Didnt try the food...
