Located in the lovely village of Tsangaradha, the 120 year old Lost Unicorn hotel is full of character and charm. Thanks to the beautiful rooms and to the warmth and helpfulness of the owners, staying there feels more like a country house weekend than being in a conventional hotel. Everything is in the best possible taste, the food is excellent,... More

Best holiday we have had a for a long time - Cristos and Clare really go that extra mile for their guests - and their staff Daniella and Fotis make dining or relaxing over an ouzo a real pleasure. Breakfast had something to suit everyone, and dinner was a real dining experience. We'll be back.

Old british style hotel. It has a real character, amazing for the area. Simply excellent home made breakfast. You really feel at home anytime. I cannot find something negative. Perhaps a renovation in some rooms is required.

It's a real beauty. You can eat, sleep and stay, enjoying home luxuries. The food is at gourmet level, the setting is magnificient and the service just awesome. It is conveniently located so that you may visit some great local beaches in 10mins drive. Don't miss to enjoy the magnificient book collection at the lobby.

I am not usually a fan of B&Bs so I was a bit hesitant when I made my reservation at the Lost Unicorn but I am glad I did. The place is truly magical; it's nested in a forest of trees and a bed of flowers and it looks like it came out of a storybook. As with most B&Bs,... More

I spent 8 days in June at the Lost Unicorn hotel in Tsagarada, Pelion and knew I found my Paradise. The secret seemed to be in the unique and hard-to-find combination of beauty, charm and hospitality. The beauty of Pelion: the forested mountains, the sea, the small peaceful villages, the charm of the mansion: cosy, relaxed, comfortable, with its enchanting... More

We have just spent a week, with friends, in the Lost Unicorn, a small hotel, full of character, situated on the edge of the plateia in Tsangarada overlooking the church and 1004 year old plane tree. It is owned and run by Christos, who is Greek and a wonderful chef, and his English wife Clare. They are both friendly, always... More
