My wife and I stayed at hotel Talmuhle for the Christmas holidays in an arrangement including a dinner in their Michelin Star restaurant. The hotel is situated in the center of a village surrounded by hills and grapevines.
Rooms are large, clean, and maybe a bit outdated, but that's quite common in German hotels.

We were originally booked into another hotel in Sasbachwalden - but on arrival found they did not have the wheelchair access we had been led to expect. They did, however, find us rooms at the Talmuhle - which had the all-important lift.
