Restaurant offers good food at reasonable price. children's pool water is too hot and little ones cant stay in for more than 5 min. Staff were nice and helpful. It is 5... More

Dear Vladimir T, Thank you for your time to review our hotel! I am glad to see you were happy with your stay. Indeed, the temperature of the water in the pools is one of our "hottest" topics, as some guests like it colder, some like it hotter. The kids' pool is a bit warmer than the big one, in... More

I took a trip here with a group of friends, as part of a girls' fun stay at a spa in a foreign country. Some of us had been to other spas previously, but in terms of value for money, none were as rewarding as this one. The atmosphere is lively, but tranquil enough to allow for relaxation, as kids... Dear Ioana P, Thank you for visiting our hotel and for your time to send us a review. I am glad you enjoyed our hotel! I must admit, that our pool is not Olympic size \50 m\, but still with its 15 m it allows some swimming around. Overall, swimming in mineral water is not recommended, but as we keep... More

The hotel is in an isolated from the town`s noise location - between 2 mountain hills and by a river. We`ve visited it 5-6 times, last time January 2013. Always with kids, because of it`s large pools with hot mineral water. The hotel is built right on the hottest mineral spring in Velingrad. The kids love the smaller pool (37-39C),... More
