I did not expect it is actually possible to find this level of service. Everything was first-class. Totally recommend it for business, spa, family vacation. The staff is great, the spa is wonderful, the rooms are very clean. There was nothing I had to ask for:)

Nice surrounding, beautiful nature, good opportunity to rest and enjoy spa treatment, but Grand Hotel Velingrad is not 5 stars hotel. If You are come by car, the worst thing is terrible road to Velingrad.Be very, very careful.
